Sometimes hospice care in the home isn’t possible. That’s why Integrated is the only hospice provider in northern Lake County to provide our clients the option of receiving care in our tranquil and state-of-the-art freestanding residential hospice facility. Integrated Hospice is staffed 24/7 with registered nurses and assistive staff to support our clients and their families at end-of-life.
With 12 private patient rooms and a wealth of resources to provide comfort and peace at the end of life, Integrated Hospice provides a serene environment for families to be with their loved ones at the end of life. We encourage families to use our commercial-grade kitchen to prepare foods that are special to their loved ones. Our spiritual room offers a quiet space for reflection or prayer. We also provide private rooms for families to gather and support one another.
